H&H Real Estate Consulting was founded by Patrick Hardy with a clear mission: bring the same discipline, attention to detail, and integrity he learned in military service to the home inspection industry.
With over 20 years of experience in construction, property evaluation, and building science, Patrick has inspected thousands of properties across Central Florida — from first-time buyer condos to multi-million dollar commercial buildings.
But experience alone isn't what sets us apart. Patrick is also an educator, teaching the next generation of inspectors at ICA (Inspection Certification Associates). When your inspector literally teaches inspection for a living, you know you're getting the real deal.
